Company disciplinary regulations

In order to create a standard, competitive, healthy work environment free of any mistakes and violations (in accordance with company and international laws) and also to promote the organizational goals of the company, disciplinary regulations are approved and communicated as follows.

Law 1Executive area

This regulation is applicable to all colleagues in any organizational category.

Law 2Idioms

The definition of terms used in this regulation is as follows:

  • Violation: Any action that is contrary to company law and international law and disrupts the discipline and basic principles of the company, and causes losses to the company, partners and marketers.
  • Punishment: A set of actions that are taken to deal with violators as well as to control and prevent violations.
Law 3Decision reference

The decision-making and implementation of this regulation is the responsibility of the disciplinary committee whose members are:

Managing director or representative introduced by him(or her)

At least 3 council members

Two marketers’ representatives

Note 1: The responsibility of the secretary of the committee is the responsibility of one of the members of the council.

Note 2: The secretary of the committee is obliged to review all the dimensions of the files referred to the committee and receive all its documents.

Note 3: The secretary of the committee is obliged to prepare the complete performance reports of the committee every month.

Note 4: The term of membership in the committee is one year and renewal or re-election of members is possible at the discretion of the CEO or the representative nominated by her.(feminine)

Note 5: In case of resignation or dismissal or absence of one of the members in the meetings, the managing director or the representative nominated by him shall appoint a replacement person.

Law 4Infractions

Violations are divided into two groups based on the legal burden and the type and status of the investigation:

  • Group one: Violations for which the final decision is made in the disciplinary committee and the violators are dealt with according to the regulations.
  • Group two: Violations in which, in addition to the final decision of the disciplinary committee, the violators are reported to the disciplinary and judicial authorities at the discretion of the company.
Law 5Punishments

The pattern of dealing with and deciding on offenders in the disciplinary committee is as follows:

  • Written notice to the marketer with an entry in the marketing file and the office and the disciplinary committee and a ten-day opportunity to improve performance and provide positive evidence of performance improvement
  • Written warning to the marketer with an entry in the marketing file and the office and the disciplinary committee and a ten-day opportunity to improve performance and provide positive evidence of performance improvement, suspension of his marketing position for one month and no commission during the entire suspension period
  • Written notice to the marketer with an entry in the marketing file and the office and the disciplinary committee and a ten-day opportunity to improve performance and provide positive evidence of performance improvement and suspension of his marketing position for two months and no commission during the entire suspension period
  • Written notice to the marketer with an entry in the marketing file and the office and the disciplinary committee and a ten-day opportunity to improve performance and provide positive evidence of performance improvement and suspension of his marketing position for three months and no commission during the entire suspension period
  • Written notice to the marketer with an entry in the marketing file and the office and the disciplinary committee and the opportunity of 15 days to cancel the position

Note: In special cases, a decision is made based on the committee’s decision to deal with the offender outside the model.
